2. Which batteries is the device compatible with?
AAA batteries are compatible with this device.

3. Can we check the battery level ?
Yes, you can check via the mobile app.
Open Smarthome -> Long press Door / Window sensor, and select Readings History .

4. Can we have notifications on our mobile if sensor is open or close?
Yes, you can get notification, but for that, you need to do the following steps:
Step 1: Login to the mobile app.
Step 2: Go to SmartHome from the left side menu bar.
Step 3: Select Edit device by long pressing the device.
Step 4 : Set "This sensor will trigger notifications" to "Always."

5. Can I change the name of the device?
Yes, you can but for that you need to do the following steps:
Step 1: Login to the mobile app.
Step 2: Go to Smarthome from left side menu bar.
Step 3: Long press on device and select edit device. Here you can change the device name and click on "Save"

6. Will the sensors work on windows?
Yes, assuming you have the space to set the sensor on both the window and the window frame (I assume most windows do), there is no reason why it wouldn't work on a window. You can put it on anything that opens and closes assuming you have space to set the sensor.

7. Does it work when mounted on metal door?
Yes, it works when it is mounted on metal door.

8. How long do the batteries last in the door switches ?
The battery can last for 5 years more if the door open/close average 30 times per day. If the door open/close average 100 times per day, the battery can last for 3 years more.

9. Will this work with sliding door?
Yes, we have many customers installed it on the sliding door.

10. How long does it take to receive a notification once door is opened?
Once the door is opened, the notification will be received instantly.
