1. Does the door bell camera has night vision?
Yes, it has night vision function enabled with infrared is ON.

2. How far can a doorbell camera view?
The doorbell camera can view upto 2 meters approx.

3. Do doorbell cameras need Wi-Fi?
Yes it needs Wi-Fi.

4. Where does the video get saved while there is a PIR detect?
Yes , It gets saved in SD card which is inserted in door bell camera . And if the SD card is not inserted then it will not get saved anywhere. SD card is compulsory to get the videos saved.

5. Can I get the notification in my mobile?
Yes, you will get the notification in your mobile notification is enabled.

6. Can we reset the camera manually ?
Yes , Behind the camera there is a reset button which you need to press for sometime and it will get reset.

7. Does this camera have a motion sensor?
Yes , it has a PIR sensor which you can also get the snapshot notifications in your mobile if there is motion found around the camera.

8. Can I change the battery myself?
You need to contact the service provider/seller for the same.

9. How long the battery works on single charge and expected working hours of battery?
The battery life of the camera depends on the working times of the camera. The more the camera is awakened to work, the faster the battery power is consumed. if the camera is triggered 15 times a day, the battery can be used for 3-5 months approx.
Note : If your camera battery runs very fast, check whether the camera is triggered too many times. It is recommended that you should place the camera in a smooth and stable working environment.
