3. Click on it and you can view the recording file.

It sounds like you have them running 24/7. If you have them set to record with motion only the battery charge will last for 2-4 months or longer depending on how many recordings are made. If you want to run these (recording) 24/7 I highly recommend they be hardwired.

Yes you can spear and hear through these cameras as it provides a two communication feature.
