Product Introduction

The Smart Water Leakage Sensor uses Z-Wave technology to increase both range & battery life.

The sensor detects the presence of water and will alert the user via the Smart Phone App if a leak is detected. The product is intended for home use only.

App Download

Scan the QR Code for the X-Home application printed on the package label to download and install the application.

The app can also be downloaded from the Google Play Store or App Store.

Register or log in to the X-Home application using your Xunison account credentials and follow the procedure below to add the Smart Water Leakage Sensor.

Product Installation

Install a water leakage sensor at a place where there is potential for leakage.

Don't install the water leakage sensor in a place where water is expected as this may result in false alarms.

Installation Step 1

Remove the battery insulation strip to power it on.

Open the Smart Phone App and follow the steps:

Installation of The Flood Sensor

Tear off the gummed film, and attach the device to the required area.

Place the sensor into the bracket.

Battery Replacement

When changing the battery, please ensure that the new battery is placed and secured correctly. Please dispose of the battery in a safe and environmentally friendly way.
