How To Send The Wrong Detection of Threats?

This feature is used in case a user finds that the threat detection is wrong, though the user is accessing a legitimate website

Follow the steps below to send the wrong detection of threats:

Step 1: Security

Click on "Security" on the dashboard.

Step 2: Threats

Select "Threats" from the left navigation bar under the security section.

Step 3: Select Device

Select a particular device and click on "Wrong Detection".

The wrong detection mail was sent successfully.

Another Way To Send The Wrong Detection Of Threats

Step 1: Security

Select "Security" on the dashboard.

Step 2: Select Device

Click on "Threats" from the "Blocked Information" on the dashboard.

You can see it shows the threat count as 1 on the dashboard.

Step 3: Threats

Select a particular device from the list. Here, you can see the list of threats detected by all devices. The threats detected will show.

Step 4: Wrong Detection

To send a wrong detection report, select a particular device and click on "Wrong Detection".

Step 5: Wrong Detection Report Sent

The wrong detection report is sent successfully.
