Forgot PIN

You don't need to worry if you've forgotten your Parental Control PIN.

Simply access the Settings section from the left menu in the web application and choose the "Forgot PIN" option. This will guide you through a PIN reset process, ensuring you regain control over your Parental Control settings.

Follow the instructions to update your new PIN.

Step 1: Parental Control

Select "Parental Control" from the dashboard.

Step 2: Enter PIN

Enter parental PIN.

Step 3: Settings

Click on the option “Settings” from the side menu.

Step 4: Forgot PIN

Click on "Forgot PIN".

Step 5: Account Password

Enter your account password to verify the password and click on Check.

Step 6: Reset PIN

Enter the new PIN and confirm the same. Click on "Save".

PIN reset successfully.
