How To Factory Reset Smart Home?

The web application provides the capability to reset the entire smart home to factory settings, restoring default configurations and removing all customizations.

To perform a factory reset on your smart home system, follow these steps, restoring it to its original settings and configurations.

Step 1: Select "Smart Home"

Select "Smart home" from the Dashboard.

Step 2: Settings

Choose Factory reset smart home from the Settings section of the app and select Reset.

A message appears on the screen "Are you sure you want to factory reset, your all smart home data will reset?" Select Yes to proceed further.

The Device Excluded messages indicate that the smart home devices are excluded from the gateway.

Note: Additionally, all rooms, scenes, schedules, and automations are removed from the home gateway.
