Reassign Device

To reassign a smart home device to a different room, open the smart home app, go to the "Rooms" settings, and select "Device Settings" for the device you wish to reassign. Choose a new room from the available options or create a new room, and the device will be successfully reassigned, enhancing organization and control.

Follow the below steps to re-assign devices from the room:

Step 1: Select "Smart Home"

Select "Smart home" from the dashboard.

Step 2: Select a Device

Select Devices from the left side menu under the smart home section

Click on the "Device Settings" icon to re-assign the device.

Step 3: Edit Device

Click "Edit Device".

Step 4: Select Another Room

Remove the room from "Assigned In" and then click on "Add New Room".

Step 5: Select a room

Select a room from the created rooms or you have the option to create a new room by clicking on "Add New Room" to create a new room.

Select the room from the room list.

Rooms are Updated :

Rooms are updated once you click on "Save".

 Temperature Sensor has been successfully assigned to room "Test2".
