Exclude Z-wave Device

To remove a Z-wave device from the home gateway, please follow the instructions provided below.

Step 1: Select "Smart Home"

Select "Smart home" from the dashboard.

Step 2: Devices

Select Devices from the left side menu under the smart home section. Click on "Add New Devices".

Step 3: Exclude a Z-wave device

Select "Exclude Device" and then select "Z-Wave" and click "Exclude".

Click "YES" to confirm exclude.

Please press the button 3 times on the Z-wave device in order to exclude the device.

Press the button within 1.5 seconds.

The device is excluded successfully.
