How To Report The Wrong Detection of Threats?


Follow the steps below to report the wrong detection of threats:


Step 1: Select The Cyber Security App

Go to the home screen of the ATV launcher.

Click on the Cyber Security icon as shown here.

Step 2: Threats

Select the “Threats” tab as indicated. Select “All Devices”. This will show the threats blocked, malicious websites accessed, threat details, attack date and time, and threats count for all the devices.

Step 3: Select the Device

Select any one device as shown below.

The threat details will appear for that particular device.

Step 4: Threat Detection

A Threat detection alert can be sent only to a particular device.

To raise the false detection alert, long press on the threat detected.

Step 5: Wrong Detection

The message is displayed: “Are you sure, this attack detection is wrong?”.

Select “YES” to send the wrong detection alert.

Step 6: Exit

Press the “Back” button on the remote, the below screen will appear.

Press “Close App" to exit from the security section.

Note: You can send the wrong detection for a particular device at a time and not for all devices. Check the screenshot below.

Select “All Devices” from the list of devices.

Long press on the threat detail, message “Action allowed only when a particular device is selected” will be displayed.
