How to factory reset ATV?

Follow the steps below to perform a factory reset on ATV:

Step 1: Dashboard

Go to the ATV home screen.

Step 2: Select "Settings"

Select "Settings" on the top right corner of the ATV screen as indicated below.

Step 3: Device Preferences

Select Device Preferences from the menu.

Step 4: Select "About"

From About, select the option "Factory Reset".

Select "Factory Reset".

The Factory reset will erase all the data from the device's internal memory, all the downloaded apps, system, and app data, and settings.
