How to Update Firmware?

Follow the below steps to update the firmware on ATV :

Step 1: Dashboard

Go to the home screen.

Step 2: Select "Settings"

Select the "Settings" icon on the top right corner of the ATV screen as highlighted below.

Step 3: Select "System Update"

From System Update select "Device Preferences".

Click on About.

System Update

From About select the System Update option.

Step 4: Check for Updates

Press "Check for Updates".

Step 5: The System is Up-to-Date

Here, you can see the system is up-to-date which means no update is available.

OR

If an update is available, you can download the new ATV build from here. Press "Download".
