Wrong Detection

Follow the steps below to check the threat detection:

Step 1: Cyber Security

Select "Cyber Security " from the left menu.

Step 2: Security Dashboard

You can check the cyber security score, total traffic scanned, total threats blocked, and devices that have accessed threats.

Click on "Threats".

Step 3: Select The Device

Select the device for which you want to report the wrong detection.

Step 4: Threat Detected

You can see the list of the threat detected.

Step 5: Report Wrong Detection

Long press on the threats to report the wrong detection and confirm "Yes".

Mail will be sent for the wrong detection.

A false threat alert is raised and an email is sent out.
