Exclude Zigbee Devices

To exclude a Zigbee device from the home gateway, please follow the instructions provided below.

Step 1: Smart Home Section

Select "Smart Home" from the left menu.

Step 2: Devices Section

Select the "Settings" icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Press Exclude Device

Select "Exclude Device".

Step 4: Device Type

Select "Zigbee Device".

Step 5: Select the Device

Select the device you want to exclude.

Step 6: Confirmation Prompt

Press “YES” on the screen.

The device is successfully excluded.
