Another Way to Exclude the Z-Wave Device

Step 1: Smart Home Section

Select "Smart Home" from the left menu.

Step 2: Exclude the Device

Under the device section, long press on the device you want to exclude, and press “Exclude Device”.

Step 3: Press "Exclude"

Press "Yes" to confirm it.

Step 4: Excluding Device

Press “Exclude” and press the pair button three times within 1.5 seconds on the Z-Wave device.

The device is excluded from the Home Gateway with a time out of 90 seconds.

Excluded successfully.

Go to the Device section, you can see that the device is excluded successfully.

Another way to Exclude devices:

Step 1: Smart Home Section

Select "Smart Home" from the left menu.

Step 2: Select the Home Section

Select Home from the bottom navigation bar.

Step 3: Select the Device

Long press on the device and click on "Exclude Device".

Step 4: Excluding Device

Press “Exclude” and press the pair button three times within 1.5 seconds on the Z-Wave device.

The device is excluded from the Home Gateway with a time out of 60 seconds.

Excluded successfully.

Go to the Device section, you can see that the device is excluded successfully.
