Exclude Z-Wave device

To remove a Z-wave device from the home gateway, please follow the instructions provided below.

Step 1: Smart Home Section

Select "Smart Home" from the left menu.

Step 2: Select "Settings"

Select the “Settings" icon and proceed further.

Step 3: Exclude the Device

Select “Exclude Device”.

Step 4: Device Type

Select "Z-Wave Device".

Step 5: Exclude

Select “Exclude” and press the pair button three times within 1.5 seconds on the Z-Wave device.

Excluding Device

Press the pair button three times on the Z-Wave device within 1.5 seconds it takes a time of 60 seconds.

Exclusion Complete

You can see that the device is excluded successfully.
