Forgot Password

In case the user forgets the password, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in

Go to the homepage of the application. Press the “Login” button.

Step 2: Login Screen

Select the “Forgot Password? option.

Step 3: Forgot Password

Enter your registered email address and select "Send Email".

Reset link has been sent to your email address.

Step 4: Reset Password

Check your email address, and click on "Link to Account Update".

Step 5: Click here to Proceed

To update the password, click on "Click here to proceed".

Step 6: Update your password here.

Enter your new password and confirm the same. Click on Submit to update your new password.

Step 7: Your account has been updated successfully.

You should be able to log in with your new password.

Note: You can now log in with your new password.
