How To Send Threats Reports For A Particular Device?

To send threat reports for a particular device from the cyber security section, long-press on the specific threat.

Follow the instructions to easily request a detailed report, providing valuable information for analysis and strengthening the security of the device.

Note:

Log in to your Xunison Application and you will be directed to the home gateway.

Select the home gateway and proceed ahead.

Follow the steps below to send threat reports for a particular device:

Step 1: Select "Cyber Security"

Select the option "Cyber Security" from the left menu.

Step 2: "Threats"

Selects "Threats".

Step 3: Select Device

Select a particular device.

(Note: The color of the device icon & threat count will turn orange when threat is detected)

Step 4: Request Threat Report

Long press on the threat for which you want to send the request report. Select "Request Report".

Step 5: Confirm

Press "OK" to confirm.

Step 6: Report Sent

The message appears on the screen "Success".

Note: An email will be sent to the registered email.
