How To Send The Wrong Detection of Threats?

Follow the steps provided to report a wrong detection of threats from the cyber security section.

Note:

Log in to your Xunison Application and you will be directed to the home gateway.

Select the home gateway and proceed ahead.

Follow the steps below to send the wrong detection of threats:

Step 1: Select "Cyber Security"

Select "Cyber Security " from the left menu.

Step 2: "Threats"

Selects "Threats".

Step 3: Select The Device

Choose a particular device.

Step 4: Send the Wrong Detection

Long press on the threat for which you want to send the wrong detection. Select "Wrong Detection".

Step 5: Confirm

Press "OK" to confirm.
