How to Rename A Device?

Renaming a device from the cyber security section is simple.

Just follow the steps provided to easily customize the device name, ensuring accurate identification and management of your network devices.

Note:

Log in to your Xunison Application and you will be directed to the home gateway.

Select the home gateway and proceed ahead.

Step 1: Select "Cyber Security"

Select "Cyber Security " on the left menu.

Step 2: "Threats"

Select Threats.

Step 3: Select the Device

You can see the list of devices connected to the home gateway. Choose a device you wish to rename.

Step 4: Long Press On The Device

Long press on the device you wish to rename the device and click on Rename Device.

Step 5: Edit device

Here you can get the Mac ID of the device. The option to change the device name is available here.

Step 6: Rename Device

Edit the device's name and click on "Save".

The device name has been successfully changed.
