An Alternate Way To Unblock A Category

Note:

Log in to your Xunison Application and you will be directed to the home gateway.

Select the home gateway and proceed ahead.

Step 1: Parental Control

Select "Parental Control" on the left menu.

Step 2: Supervisions

Click on the Supervision button from the bottom of the screen to access the Supervision dashboard.

Step 3: Supervision Dashboard

Select supervisions from the bottom navigation bar and click on "Social supervision".

Step 4: Select A Particular Device

Select a particular device for which you wish to block the social category.

Step 5: Long Press On A Category

Long press on the social history of that particular device. Here you will get the option to "Unblock Category".

Select "Unblock Category "

The category was unblocked successfully.
