How To Assign A Device To A Room

Assigning a smart home device to a room is simple. Open the stc smart home app, go to the device settings, and select "Assign to Room." Choose the desired room from the list or create a new one, and the device will be associated with that room for easier management and control.

Note:

Log in to your Xunison Application and you will be directed to the home gateway.

Select the home gateway and proceed ahead.

Step 1: Devices

Select "Devices", then Long press on the device which you want to assign to a room.

Step 2: Edit The Device

Click on "Edit Device"

Precondition:
Before assigning a device to a room, you need to check whether there is another room created or not. If not then follow the steps mentioned in the below link:

Tap on "Room". Select the room you wish to assign the device to and click on "Save Changes".

The device is added to the selected room.
