Alternate Way to Exclude a Zigbee Device

Note:

Log in to your Xunison Application and you will be directed to the home gateway.

Select the home gateway and proceed ahead.

An alternate way to exclude the Zigbee device is mentioned below :

Step 1: Smart Home Section

Select Smart Home on the left menu.

Step 2: Select The Device

Select the device you wish to exclude.

Step 3: Long Press on a Device

Long press on the Zigbee device. Press "Exclude Device".

Step 4: Confirm

Press "Confirm" to delete the device from the gateway.

The device is excluded successfully.
